Shipping, Pick-Up + Returns

return policy: As a small owner/operator business we are able to offer exchanges or store credit vouchers on returns of unworn, new merchandise within 14 days, with receipt.   Vintage goods are not returnable.  

To assure your satisfaction with an item we encourage you to call (+1-310-915-6611) and speak with us directly or connect via email with any questions or concerns you might have, prior to making your purchase. We are happy to send detail photos, discuss any condition issues and/or answer any questions you might have about an item.

shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us for a local, domestic or international shipping / delivery quote for large items, multiple item purchases and for those addresses our automated system does not recognize.

Please note: We only work with reputable, common courier delivery services. We expect you, the customer, to provide a secure delivery address when placing an order. If you do not have a secure delivery address please consider requesting a signature upon delivery or shipping to a work addresses or a friend or family member with a secure address. Once an item is recorded as delivered by the delivery company we cannot be held accountable if it is removed from your mailbox, apartment building package deposit area etc.

international customers: International customers are responsible for paying their country's customs duties, taxes and fees should they arise. These charges are out of our control and difficult for us to predict so we cannot be held accountable for them.

It has come to our attention that the Postal Service in particular countries (Italy is one) do NOT notify customers when they have oversize items waiting for them at the post office, this is why, whenever possible, we use DHL and UPS International to ship small and moderate size packages internationally. Larger items are shipped with International freight companies.

We ask that international customers actively track their items with the carrier once the tracking number is provided. Carriers offer an option on their website to track an item with email updates.  We strongly suggest you do this so you'll know when your item is expected to deliver and / or arrives at your local post office.

changes: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. These dates often change based on extra packing delays, carrier issues, weather etc.

urgent shipping needs: If you need an item delivered by courier or shipped urgently via fed ex or ups please contact us by phone 310-915-6611 or email scout@surfingcowboys.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

pick-up: Prearranged complementary pick-up is available at our Malibu retail store: 3844 Cross Creek Road Malibu CA. Please mark Prearranged pick-up in the shopping cart and once you place your order please contact us to confirm that your item is ready and available for pick-up. Items that are located at our warehouse will reflect "unavailable for pick-up" but may in fact be available for pick-up at the Malibu store in as little as 24 - 48 hours depending upon the day of the week.
