Availability
We honor orders within the limits of our available stock. If an item is unavailable, we’ll email you with options. For partially fulfilled orders, you’re only charged for items that ship.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Please double-check your cart, billing, and shipping details before submitting your order.
Cancellations: You may request to cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Modifications: We’ll do our best to make changes, but can’t guarantee edits once processing has begun.

Return Policy
We’re a small, owner-operated business, and we aim to keep returns simple and fair.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges or store credit are available for unworn, new merchandise within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
Vintage goods and sale items are final sale.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If we made an error (wrong item, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For preference-based returns (size, color, design), shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can email you a return label and deduct the cost from your credit.

Either contact us to issue the return label (see above for costs) or initiate shipment yourself of an insured, trackable package to:

Please also email us with your desired exchange so we can keep an eye out for your package and put items aside for you.
Return Guidelines
Items must be in perfect, resellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt.
Pack carefully so items arrive safely.
Include your reason for exchange on the invoice, if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit or process your exchange. If additional shipping is required, we’ll email you an invoice for those costs.

Shipping Information
Accuracy Matters
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If you’d like “signature required,” note it at checkout. For larger or high-value orders, we may automatically require a signature; let us know if you prefer otherwise.
Delivery Adjustments
UPS makes multiple attempts before returning a package. If you need an intercept or reroute, we’re happy to help; related carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Global Shipping
We ship worldwide. For large items, multiple purchases, or unfamiliar addresses, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Secure Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers and recommend a secure delivery address. You may request signature confirmation or ship to a work, friend, or family address. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we can’t be responsible for loss or theft.
International Customers
Customs duties, taxes, and fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. For smaller packages, we typically use DHL or UPS; larger items may ship via freight. We recommend tracking your shipment and signing up for carrier updates.

We’ll provide estimated delivery timing based on availability and your chosen method. Please note that weather, carrier delays, and packing needs can occasionally extend transit time.

We offer complimentary pick-up at our Malibu store:

Choose “Pick-Up” at checkout and contact us to confirm your order is ready. Items stored at our warehouse may require 24–48 hours to transfer; we’ll keep you posted.
