Thank you for shopping with us! Below are a few of our policies to answer questions before + when you have them.

Availability
We’ll honor your order within the limits of our available stock, so you can shop with confidence. If an item happens to be unavailable, we’ll promptly notify you via email with any updates. For partially fulfilled orders, you’ll only be charged for the items that are available.

Order Cancellations and Modifications
We understand that plans can change! Before submitting your order, please double-check your purchase details, billing, and shipping information. Your Surfing Cowboys order may begin processing as soon as it’s submitted, but we’ll do everything we can to help.

Cancellations: You can request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

Modifications: We’ll do our best to make changes if you need them, though we can’t guarantee modifications once your order has begun processing.

Return Policy:

We’re a small, owner-operated business, and we truly care about making returns simple and fair for you. Here’s how it works:

Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges or store credit are available for unworn, new merchandise within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt. Vintage goods and sale items are final sale and not returnable.

Shipping Costs If we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping—it’s only fair!

If the return is due to preference (e.g., size, color, or design), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a return label, but the cost will be deducted.

Please notify us of your desired exchange and shipment by email so we can look out for your package and put your desired exchange item aside for you.

Tips for Hassle-Free Returns: Items should arrive in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached) and include your original receipt.

Pack your return carefully to make sure it arrives safely.

Please let us know the reason for your exchange on the back of your invoice form.

Once we’ve received and inspected your item to confirm it’s in resellable condition, we’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange. Please look for an email invoice from us to cover your additional shipping costs for the exchange should they apply.

Shipping Information

Accuracy Matters: Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you’d like a "signature required" delivery, let us know in the order notes. For large or high-value orders, we may automatically require a signature; if you’d prefer otherwise, please tell us when you place your order.

Delivery Adjustments: UPS makes multiple delivery attempts before returning packages to us. If you need to schedule a delivery intercept or reroute, we’ll gladly assist—just note that related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Global Shipping
Wherever you are, we’ve got you covered! We can ship to nearly any address worldwide. For large items, multiple purchases, or unrecognized addresses, contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

Secure Delivery
We use trusted couriers and recommend providing a secure delivery address for peace of mind. If that’s not possible, consider requesting a signature or shipping to a friend, family member, or work address. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Customers
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. While we can’t predict these charges, we’re here to help make your international delivery smooth. For smaller packages, we typically use DHL and UPS, while larger items are shipped via freight. We recommend tracking your shipment actively and signing up for carrier updates to avoid delays.

Shipping Estimates
We’ll provide an estimated delivery date based on availability and your chosen shipping method, but please note that unexpected delays (packing, weather, carrier issues) can occur.

In-Store Pick-Up
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer complimentary pick-up at our Malibu store (3844 Cross Creek Road, Malibu, CA). Choose "Pick-Up" at checkout and contact us to confirm your order is ready. For items stored at our warehouse, we may need 24–48 hours to transfer them to the store, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
