Love all things vintage? Passionate about California culture and creating memorable retail experiences? We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our team—someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong connection to product and people.

This role goes beyond traditional retail. You’ll be a brand ambassador, helping customers discover product through storytelling, styling, and genuine connection. Your goal is to drive sales while maintaining the curated, high-quality in-store experience that defines Surfing Cowboys.

Responsibilities
• Create a welcoming, engaging experience for every customer
• Understand customer needs and guide purchasing decisions
• Share product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Drive sales through cross-selling and recommendations
• Maintain visual merchandising and store organization
• Keep the floor stocked and aligned with brand standards
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Support daily operations including receiving and organizing merchandise
• Assist with packing and shipping online orders
• Communicate customer feedback to the team

Nice to Have
• Visual merchandising or styling
experience
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Shopify)
• Inventory and stockroom experience

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekend and holiday availability required

Base Pay Range:
$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
